Versluys Group expands offering to logistic real estate

Versluys Group, until now mainly active in commercial and residential real estate, has signed an exclusivity agreement with the airport of Ostend for the development of 45,000 square meters of logistic real estate. This agreement is the starting point of the development of the new business segment and is expected to further develop over the coming years.
