Roger van Damme opens Désirée Durbuy

Roger van Damme, master pastry chef and starred chef of Het Gebaar, also known from TV show Njam, has – under the approving eye of investors Christian Teunissen, Frederik Snauwaert and Marc Coucke – officially cut the ribbon that opens the doors of his big dream; a crêperie, lunch-lounge. The end result appears to have exceeded that dream. It has become a concept that was given the name Désirée. Désirée is a classy tearoom in Durbuy and soon also in Antwerp. There is also a boutique with a successful line of bakery products, cookies, a breakfast range and a real home collection.
