Pieter Bourgeois appointed as CEO of Alychlo

Alychlo, the family office of Marc Coucke, has been investing in companies with high growth potential since 2015, led by entrepreneurs looking for a long-term financial and strategic partner. In doing so, the focus is, often locally, on the world of pharma, leisure and industries with a focus on ecology. In recent years, investments have been substantial and accelerated, with participations in EKOPAK and EnergyVision, among others.

In order to steer all these and future projects in the right direction, the structure has recently been considerably strengthened. Pieter Bourgeois will be in charge of this and, as CEO, will take on the operational management of Alychlo. With immediate effect, he will be responsible for the daily management and the implementation of the strategy. He will also support Marc Coucke who, as Executive Chairman, will focus on the long-term vision and (investment) strategy.
