Alychlo has acquired all remaining shares from Olivier Saverys, founder of MaisonRouge. As a result, Alychlo becomes, as of today, the 100% owner of all activities of Nothing Happens Without You, the holding company overseeing MaisonRouge, Challenge MC, and PayPeople, among others.

With our activities, we are part of the vibrant world of interim staffing and payroll services. This market offers many opportunities. Olivier and Alychlo have jointly decided that a 100% clear shareholder structure provides the best chances to seize these opportunities.
