First residential project: Thier des Béguines
Our first residential project, called Thier des Béguines, is located on top of the cliffs of Durbuy and just a 10-minute walk from the old town centre. The design consists of three different building volumes connected via a newly landscaped inner garden. The beautiful green setting that Durbuy offers us is respected in such a way that the new building volumes blend into the relief and the existing landscape as much as possible. We aim for completely energy-neutral apartments with spacious private terraces that will allow the new residents to enjoy the beautiful park environment and views over Durbuy.
