CIM Capital and Alychlo take over ZOUTE GRAND PRIX

ZOUTE GRAND PRIX is ready for the Future

For years, the ZOUTE GRAND PRIX has been an absolute reference in Europe. The first rally was organized in Knokke-Heist in 2010 and quickly grew into one of the most prestigious rallies in Europe. Besides the rally, the ZOUTE GRAND PRIX has evolved into a unique event where all renowned car brands are present and where the largest car auction in Europe has been held for many years. The event attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors annually from both home and abroad and is the most important event of the year for Knokke-Heist.

Partly due to the COVID pandemic, the company has faced financial difficulties in recent years. During a successful GRP (judicial reorganization procedure), more than 90% of creditors agreed to the recovery plan. Zoute Grand Prix now comes under the leadership of the new shareholders, CIM Capital and Alychlo. They guarantee the continuity and further expansion of the company.

Today, it was decided to end the collaboration with Filip and David Bourgoo, both founders of Zoute Grand Prix. The new shareholders wish to thank Filip and David for the unique concept they have created. Pending the appointment of a new CEO, CIM Capital, together with the fantastic team of Zoute Grand Prix, will manage the company.

All events planned for this year, including the RALLY DE DURBUY and the DURBUY GT TOUR taking place next week and the ZOUTE GRAND PRIX in October, will of course continue as scheduled.
