Viva Pharma is the second foreign acquisition of Ceres Pharma after takeover of CEUMED in 2018.
Located in Bucharest, Viva Pharma is a marketing and sales company active in food supplements, derma cosmetics and medical devices in Romania. Viva Pharma will strengthen Ceres Pharma’s position in Romania and expands the product portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe.
