Alychlo leads IPO of Ebusco as cornerstone investor

Ebusco is a Dutch manufacturer of electric buses and charging systems.  In 2021, almost 350 Ebusco buses were in circulation in seven European countries (including Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Munich) and the company booked  a turnover of some 100 million euros. Ebusco sells its buses, but also provides the charging infrastructure for the vehicles and the storage capacity for electricity. The company’s latest bus can travel some 575 kilometres on a full battery.

Alychlo is stepping into the story as an anchor investor.
