Smarfin Capital II, the second investment fund around serial fintech entrepreneur Jurgen Ingels, has invested 7 million euro in Roamler.
Roamler is a Dutch matchmaking platform between major players in telecom, energy and retail and the self-employed who want to earn extra income.
