“Stop Darmkanker” (Stop Colon cancer), a Belgian non-profit organization, was founded in 2012 by gastroenterologist Dr Luc Colemont.

Their mission is to convince everyone of the importance of early detection of colon cancer. Information and education play a crucial role in the fight against colon cancer. Social media are an important channel for spreading the ‘big message’ “Doe.De.Test” (“Do.The.Test”) as widely as possible. Although March is the international colon cancer awareness month, Stop Darmkanker is campaigning the whole year around. The sponsorship by Alychlo since January 2016 allows “Stop Darmkanker” to cover a significant part of its operating costs.

Our ultimate dream is to wake up one day in a world without colon cancer. To wake up in a world where colon cancer is a rare disease. To wake up in a world where nobody has to die from colon cancer. Nothing is impossible!
